Originally from the East Coast ocean resort town of Ocean City, Maryland, I grew up in the restaurant and motel service industry.
Ever since I was a teenager, the best prescription for the winter blues was a family vacation to sunny Florida. We decided to buy a home in Sarasota County because of the wonderful quality of life, excellent medical facilities and beautiful beaches.
Over the years I have owned, bought and sold a variety of properties. I have experience in undeveloped commercial, residential and resort property, finding the process to be exciting and fulfilling, if done right. Now, as a licensed real estate associate, I find satisfaction in finding the right property for a potential homeowner or investor. I believe it is important that the process is completed properly and with minimal client stress. Having been on both sides of a real estate transaction, I know the value of a competent, diligent agent with integrity.
